We have Free Shipping on Orders over $500.
Shipments are made using UPS Ground. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to be processed and ship the following business day. Ground shipping typically takes between 5-7 days depending on your location. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Orders are only shipped and processed on regular business days. Please contact Customer Service regarding international orders or shipments with special instructions. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Order and Shipping Confirmation: After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking information.
Tracking: Please check your shipment confirmation email for your order's UPS tracking number or contact us by contacting consumerservices@petmate.com

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only. Refunds for shipping, only apply to orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
